How Ibadan stood still for Jesus: over 1.4 millions people held spellbound

The city of Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria experienced as never before an  awesome Holy Ghost revival as Christ for All Nations (CfaN) Ministries held a 4-day power packed crusade. The earth-shaking crusade was characterized by miracles, signs and wonders as over 1.4 millions people abandoned their homes to hear the gospel.
According to the head of media and publicity of the ministries, Chris Ewalen on his Facebook page, there were unprecedented occurrences.     " For two consecutive nights, two drums full of charms and juju items were burnt", he said, adding that the event brought amazing numbers of new converts to God's kingdom.
The crusade which was first to be held in Ibadan by Evangelist Daniel Kolenda who succeeded Late Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, was heavily attended by Christian community in the city, including the Christian Association of Nigeria(CAN) and Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria(PFN).
Addressing the massive crowd during one of the evenings Governor Seyi Makinde appreciated God for giving the state the grace to host the event under the new leadership of Evangelist Kolenda. He said the overflowing miracles are true evidence that God is with the state and the people.
Several delegates across the globe were also in attendance. Some of them who spoke with our correspondents were so overwhelmed by the massive turnout and countless miracles.
Many of the attendees could not hid their joys as the signs were visibly written all over their faces.
In the words of Chris Ewalen "the city has been washed by the precious blood of Jesus and the churches are going to overflow with new converts to the glory of God"
