See reasons why Pastor Kumuyi never criticize President Buhari

Pastor Williams Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry,  has revealed the reason he has been so silence and never criticize the government of president Muhammadu Buhari.

 According to his Twitter's handle on Sunday tagged: The Church and the Challenges of a Nation", he said  being silent in the face of current situation in the country is not an act of weakness but a  recognition of the fact that every government need support rather than condemnation. 

Kumuyi admitted the failures of the Muhammadu Buhari administration but stated that God is more interested in a ” fusion of obedience to His Word and relating amicably with fellow human beings, regardless of class, color, caste (religion), or culture. ” He warns everyone to desist from criticizing and help to proffer the right solution to the challenges on ground.

According to him, true Christians should never despise those in positions of power because of perceived failures, neither go on a vendetta mission by destroying government property or plundering the public coffers.

The Spirit-filled clergy went on to say that human needs are both physical and spiritual, and that although the government takes care of the former, the church is responsible for the latter. He, on the other hand, claims that none of them are mutually independent.
