Massive turnout as Synagogue Church of all Nations holds first service for over one year
Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN) witnessed unprecedented turned out of Worshippers on Sunday morning at the International headquarter located at Ikotu Egbe, Lagos.
This was actually the first service the church will hold after it was shut down by the late founder, Prophet T.B. Joshua due to Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020. In the midst of the pandemic the respectable founder died and the church was thrown into leadership tussle. Some of the prominent leaders and pastors wanted to have their way by pushing the wife of the founder, Mrs Evelyn T. B Joshua out of leadership role. But fortunately the cousel of several church leaders and the leading of the Holy Spirit the woman was finally endorsed as the rightful successor of the ministry.
The first service held on Sunday December 5th, 2021 witnessed massive turnout of members who for a long time has been desiring to start their normal fellowship. All of the covid-19 protocols were duly observed.
According to Prophetess Evelyn T.B Joshua in her opening address she stated plainly that the gathering of the people "this morning is as a result of God's will".
Her message which was titled: "The decision of a champion’, she said, “Jesus Christ was ready to go through a season of pain in order to go through an eternity of gain.
“You begin to succeed with your life when the pain and hurts of others matters to you.”
For their support and loyalty, Evelyn thanked the five wise men who were mentored by Joshua: Harry, Daniel, John Chi, Christopher and Racine.
